These are laddu’s made by roasting gram flour and ghee together, and then adding sugar to make a thick pasty dough – that is then formed into delicious, melt-in-your-mouth laddus.

Besan Ke Laddu


Low-Calorie Sweetener

1/3 Cup

Priya Vanaspati Oil

Green Cardamom Powder

½ Tsp





Gram Flour (coarse)

2 Cups

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Add Vanaspati in a kadai. Add gram flour & sauté for 15-20 mins on low heat till it turns light brown & fragrant.

Step 2

Add the cashews, almonds & cardamom. Stir thoroughly & turn off the heat. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

Coarsely grind the cashews & almonds. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Add sweetener. Mix well. Shape into round balls and enjoy!
