Cherry Puff Flan

Ingredients

Alfa Puff Vanaspati For Lamination

300 gms

Alfa Puff Vanaspati For Dough

50 gms

Refined Flour

1000 gms

Water

550 ml

Salt

20gms

Red Cherry Filling

100 gms

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Knead the dough and keep it for 30 minutes for resting.

Step 2

Roll the dough and laminate it with Alfa Puff Vanaspati.

Step 3

Give one single and one book fold. Rest the laminated dough for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Roll the dough and give it a single fold. Rest the dough for another 30 minutes.

Step 5

Once rested, sheet the dough at 3 mm thickness.

Step 6

Cut the dough, give it a desired shape and fill the cherry filling. Give a milk wash before baking.

Step 7

Bake it at 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown.

Step 8

Glaze with Pristine Neutral Glaze.
