Chocolate Christmas Tree Puff


Alfa Puff Margarine

500 gms

Refined Flour

1000 gms

Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Knead the dough and keep it for 30 minutes for resting.

Step 2

Roll the dough and laminate it with Alfa Puff Margarine. Give one single and one book fold.

Step 3

Rest the laminated dough for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Roll the dough and give it a single fold. Rest the dough for another 30 minutes. Once rested, sheet the dough at 5 mm thickness.

Step 5

Spread the chocolate-hazelnut and caster sugar, cut it into strips, use wooden skewers to build as shown in the picture.

Step 6

Give milk wash before baking. Bake it at 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown.

Step 7

Garnish with the icing sugar.
