Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp)

Ingredients

Shrimp

500 gms

Allegro Extra Virgin Olive Oil

50 ML

Garlic

25 gms

Lemon Juice

15 ML

Red Pepper Flakes

2 tsp

Paprika

1 tsp

Parsley

15 gms

Salt

1 tsp

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Pour Allegro Extra Virgin Olive Oil on a medium heat and add in the minced garlic and red chilli pepper flakes. Cook till the garlic is golden.

Step 2

Toss in the shrimp and the paprika. Mix till the shrimp turns opaque and curls up.

Step 3

Take out the shrimp and place it in a serving bowl.

Step 4

In the same pan, add the lemon juice and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the drizzle over the shrimp in the bowl. Enjoy with a delicious crispy baguette!
