Honey Carrot Cake

Ingredients

Alfa Cake Margarine

900 gms

Oil

100 ml

Sugar Powder

800 gms

Liquid Glucose

100 ml

Refined Flour

1000 gms

Eggs

1000 gms

Honey

160 ml

Mixed Fruit Jam

152 gms

Condensed Milk

152 gms

Salt

8 gms

Vanilla Essence

10 gms

Carrot

1000 gms

Butter

60 gms

Sugar Granular

160 gms

Cinnamon Powder

10 gms

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Grate and cook the carrot with butter, sugar granular and cinnamon powder.

Step 2

Cream together Alfa Cake Margarine, oil, liquid glucose and sugar powder until light and creamy.

Step 3

Add vanilla essence, condensed milk then add eggs into the batter one by one and cream it until fluffy.

Step 4

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until batter is formed.

Step 5

Divide the batter into cake pans and tap it. Bake at 180°C.
