Kanda Bhaji


Green Chili (chopped)

1 Tsp

Onions (sliced)

1 Cup

Priya Mustard Oil (for frying)

Coriander Seeds (crushed)

1 Tbsp

Gram Flour

½ Cup


1 Tsp

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Add gram flour to the onions. Add coriander seeds and green chillies. Mix well.

Step 2

In a pan, add mustard oil & heat it. Make small lumps & fry till they turn crisp & golden brown.

Step 3

In a bowl, add the sliced onions. Add salt. Let it rest.

Step 4

Serve hot and enjoy!
