Pasta Alfredo


Extra Light Olive Oil

125 ml

Fresh Cream


Cream Cheese

60 gms


30 gms

Dry Mix Herbs

4 gms


2 gms

Parmesan Cheese

20 gms

Fusilli Pasta

360 gms

Salt To Taste

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Take a pot and add enough water, salt and extra virgin olive oil and boil it. Add pasta to it. Read cooking instructions on a Pasta packet and cook it.

Step 2

Meanwhile finely chop garlic & grate parmesan cheese. You can use powdered parmesan cheese as well.

Step 3

After pasta is cooked, strain it and put it in ice cold water so the cooking process is stopped. After cooling down, Strain the pasta and add some extra virgin olive oil and mix it well so that it does not stick to each other.

Step 4

In a hot pan add extra light olive oil, chopped garlic and saute it well till the rawness of garlic is gone. Add heavy cream and cream cheese and cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

Step 5

Add dry herbs, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese & whisk till smooth on low flame.

Step 6

Whisk on low flame until the mixture is thick.

Step 7

Add pasta to it and give it a stir. Simmer it for 3 mins.
